You’re receiving this message as an advanced notice because we are going to do Software maintenance which will impact the service that we as Serverius provide to you:
Location = SDC1, Dronten and SDC2, Meppel Service Type = IP transit.
Start: 2022-10-26 03:00:00 CET End: 2022-10-26 06:00:00 CET Duration of outage: 03:00 Reason: Software upgrade of distribution routers. We will be performing software maintenance on a few distribution routers. The maintenance is expected to take around 30 minutes per router. Upgrading the firmware requires us to reboot each affected router, causing downtime for the clients connected to these devices.
Expected Outage: There is no expected outage of the IP transit service for customers who have a redundant connection or connections to other routers. Other routers will automatically take over the data traffic, but there is a small chance for high latency and short-time packet loss in the time of rebuilding routing tables.
