Resolved

This problem has been resolved. After the maintenance performed by Serverius, package loss occured on specific paths (e.g. DNS resolvers, not our public authoritive nameservers). Since DNS is an essential part of internet connectivity, servers were likely to respond slow or may have unexpected results.
