The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
- Disaster Recovery VPN service will have a short interruption and will re-connect automatically during the maintenance.
- Graceful restart of all running Disaster Recovery Virtual Machines (Recovery and Primary servers) should be expected during the maintenance.
- Management Console might become unavailable for up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window.
- Temporary technical protection plans will be created and automatically deleted during the maintenance.
- The existing protection plans or regular backups activities will not be affected.
Actions needed: - Consider shutting down Disaster Recovery Virtual Machines manually in Management Console before the maintenance window in case a regular graceful shutdown is not enough and some special procedure is required for the running services. Otherwise these Virtual Machines will be shut down for about 30 minutes and started back automatically during the maintenance window. - After the maintenance is complete, check if the restated Virtual Machines are running properly to your expectations.
