Earlier today, a power outage affected our Meppel data center where the Acronis Cyber infrastructure is hosted. All systems have been successfully restored.

At this time, services may still be slower than usual as the system processes missed backups and performs data verification. Backup operations may also take longer than normal due to the increased load.

Customers may receive notifications about failed backups. These messages can be cleared by logging into the Acronis portal and acknowledging the notification.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates if necessary. Thank you for your patience.

Power Issue at NL2 Meppel Data Center Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an ongoing power outage at the Serverius NL2 Meppel data center.

Location: NL2, Meppel, NL Start Time: 28 April 2025, 15:45 CEST

Reason: There is currently an issue affecting Power Feed A at the Serverius NL2 facility. Our Support and Facility teams are actively investigating and working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Impact: Servers and network equipment connected to a single power feed or equipped with a single power supply unit (PSU) may be powered off due to this outage.
