Service impact: Some customers might be unable to reach Acronis Backup Gateway, Acronis Files Cloud, Notary, Management Console and Acronis Backup Scanning Agent. Affected by incident: Files Cloud, Notary, Backup and/or Restore operations, Acronis Backup Scanning Agent, Management console Not affected by incident: DR Cloud, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud
