Our outgoing mail servers scan e-mails for spam and reject them if so. Every e-mail gets scored and passes when it is not considered spam. An abuser has found a score that allowed them to send spam. After tuning the systems to get more strict, the outbreak was successfully mitigated and we have removed the low reputation servers.

E-mails send until the mitigation may not have arrived in the inbox and may be stored in the spam folder of the receiver. We advise to send the e-mail again if it is of high importance or to contact the receiver.

We continue monitoring our systems and tuning our systems to prevent spam and reduce false-positives. Please note that your email may be delayed for the next few days and that you may get service e-mails with updates.
